Ok, guys, this is it! You've completed the actor draft - and I must say, very interesting choices - and now it's time for the premier of your TV shows!

At the beginning of each week, either that Saturday or early on Sunday I will post the weekly challenge (The tentative schedule also available in the Charts and Tables page, however I got some new ideas I'd like to incorporate) Remember that you don't HAVE to do the weekly challenge, but doing so will give you some extra points for that week!

After I post you guys are allowed to post your episode for that week. You may keep to a weekly schedule if you like, as if you did have a timeslot, or you can post whenever you have time. The moment you post is when you grab the starmeter scores from IMDB, so take this into consideration when you strategize.

When you post, your subject line should read "Name of show, Episode #"

After you post, I will roll a virtual dice and give you a score from the random table of randomness in the comments. (And I do want to encourage Roleplaying in the comments and between showrunners if that's your thing. Remember, the point is to be a creative as possible!)

This week the challenge is easy - it's the pilot episode! Every good pilot has some things in common - it introduces the characters and the premise, and it leaves the viewers wanting more.

Get to it, guys! And feel free to ask questions anytime!

And remember to have fun!

One question - in determining the IMDB number, do we include "soundtrack" citations? As in voicing or singing?

Wait, is that include or use instead? For example, my last guy has more "art" citations than acting ones - but short of having him draw his character, I was going with the acting number. Also her Neil Patrick Harris has more directing than acting, so could he be directing the lot of actors and use that number instead?

Well, I wasn't thinking about using his directing chops. But he is a singer and has been a voice actor. Lots of actors do voice work - it's easy work and pays comparatively well.

Should I post the whole thing here, or on my journal with a link back here?

I will probably link to my fanshow posts from LJ as well.
